This question is for Moon and SoCalGirl and any other senior members who have been using NBE for a long time.
I am new to this forum, but have been reading about NBE for a few years, on and off (and I've been reading threads here for days and days, including the newbies section).
I assumed that all the senior members here (like yourselves) keep helping other women through the forum because they've had great success and want to share it with others. It really shocked me to read an old thread today and discover that some members have been trying NBE religiously for 8 years+ with "no real results!" I feel pretty discouraged, to tell you the truth. =(
May I ask why you continue and do not give up? Have you ever taken the failures as a sign that NBE may not work for you?
I am going to check out the profiles/ body-types page as was suggested for a fitting program.
About me: I was a late bloomer (didn't menstruate till age 15, and sorry if that's TMI).
I started growing breasts at age 18, however, that same year, I fell into a deep depression and didn't eat much for a while. I dropped a lot of weight (at one point 92 pounds and 5'5" in height)! I wasn't anorexic or bulemic or anything. It wasn't an eating disorder, but just stress and depression caused by different life circumstances. I am now the same height but weigh 102 lbs., trying ever so hard to gain more weight!
I read on this forum that women with a BMI lower than 19 will not be successful on NBE.
What is your opinion on this? Anyone? Are there any skinny types like me who have had success with herbs?
I really don't know why NBE works for some women and not others. Part of it has to do with luck when gals find a successful program on their first try. Yes, I have been on this road for a long time. In the beginning, I didn't know what I was doing, was fooled by false claims made by weak commercial brands and a forum like this didn't exist. If I knew then what I know now, it would've saved me a lot of heartache, time and money ... Hopefully, my posts have been unbiased and helpful.
I haven't given up because of the success stories. I figure if they did it, so can I. They give me hope, so I'll keep trying. Yes, it gets pretty frustrating and disappointing at times, but having a positive attitude and pure determination will help me to achieve my goals.
You are on the right track by increasing your BMI, not just for boobage, but overall health. However, it's not the only factor in growing breasts. As you probably already read, hormone balance, diet, stress and a multitude of other factors can hinder/help growth.
Keep reading, doing your research and asking pertinent questions. Eve members are very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish you all the best and hope you become one of the success stories :)
At first I tried NBE for 2 years without any success. This year I got a little growth with magnets, 3 cm, which is a bit less than a cupsize for me, from a ''big'' AA to a normal/full A. I got discouraged at times, but I think that as long as there is some method that seem worth a shot I should just continue trying. I still have vitex and PM in my plan, would also like to try chicken feet soup and suction but these are not available to me right now. But I feel a lot better about my breasts now than I did before, I chanegd my mindset a lot and the little bit of growth I got helped too because I personally think that the biggest difference between two cupsizes in is between AA and A, cause AA is not even considered boobs. I'm glad that I can wear a bra and a bikini like a normal person and even if I don't grow any more, no tragedy, tho I do wish I can grow more. NBE doesn't work for everyone the same and unfortunately most still depends on luck. Tho I think if I wasn't as persistent and experimental as I was I probably wouldn't have gotten this recent bit of growth either.
PS - deffinitely try to gain weight if your BMI is lower than 19. Most people agree that NBE is harder if you are too skinny. It makes sense too cause fat tissue produces estrogen so less fat tissue less estrogen. You should look up herbs that stimulate apetite, I believe SP is one such. Not only it will likely help NBE, some of the gained fat will also go into you breats so it's deffinitely recomendable.

To quote you:
"I read on this forum that women with a BMI lower than 19 will not be successful on NBE"
it is true that the fat distribution issue gets difficult if there is no fat to go to the boobs, and in general there hasn't been much success with herbal products for those who are really skinny. The plumper a woman are, the easier her breasts will grow.
HOWEVER - Several ladies who have been really skinny have had success with the bovine ovary products though. Michelle Choi said that when she first started bountiful breast, her BMI was less than 19 at the time and she still gained an inch of growth in her first month on it. Altogether she gained about FOUR inches. Read her program at:
I've been doing NBE off and on for over 20 years and have only been successful in the past year since finding this forum. This is the GREATEST FORUM EVER! I always believed I could do this so I never gave up inspite of all my previous failures. Lucky you for being slim. It's better to be underweight and trying to grow boobs then be overweight and trying to lose weight and grow boobs. Good luck with everything.
Why are small-breasted women such sweet people?? Is there a scientific correlation? hahaha. I've never met such a supportive group of people, especially among strangers! Thanks for all your positive comments, advice, and feedback! I love you ladies... Get used to seeing my name here. I will check back often!

I have heard a lot of thinks to try on this forum and agree that the biggest gain is from the AA to the A cup, where wearing a bra is possible and you can have some curviness in tops. I have found the best way to supplement my NBE diet is with high-hops beer (like Lagunitas IPA) and cannabis, to keep the appetite up. I have not wanted to experiment with herbs or magnets (?) but two years ago I bought an electric breast pump, and have a consistent fullness now, A-B cup. It only takes 20-25 min. of privacy a few days per week, for an initial outlay of $48 at Kmart or wherever. Works if you eat well and drink lots of water. Sexually stimulating, too!
my bmi is slightly less than 19, forgot the exact value, and i still made progress though it was very slow. i had to wait two years to gain 2 cup sizes, and am still trying to grow more. but the weird thing is, i am not at all skinny! according to some tests, my fat index is 5% higher than what is normal for my height. and i have extra fat around the abdomen. lol.
enough about my body fat levels. i wish you all the best in your nbe journey. you're not without hope as long as you have healthy habits.
