I just had a quick look over my progress and I've found that on WU (and BB suction) I went from 81.5cm to 84.5cm in 2 months.

In contrast, on vitex (and BB suction) I've gone from 84.5cm to 85.5cm in 8 DAYS!!!

It may be cyclic swelling, I'm too irregular to say for sure but my boobs aren't sore yet so I'm being optimistic. This is a revelation. Thanks waxingmoon for suggesting Vitex.

To make this difference stand out even more, WU gave me 3cm in 8 weeks which is roughly 0.4cm a week. Vitex gave me 1cm in one week.

You can buy it from most health food shops I think. I got mine on ebay (live in UK). HOWEVER, before you buy anything you should find out what your body actually NEEDS. I've taken so many estrogenic herbs only to discover that I didn't need those at this point in time. I don't think they did me any harm because I'm sure I have low estrogen as well but they certainly didn't balance my hormones.
