Thin skinned areas would be places like the wrists, tops of feet, the inner arms, etc...
Day 14 would mean 14 days from the first day of menstruation.
Progesterone cream gets talked about alot, so there's loads of info, just use the "Search" feature. Also,go to the main menu and check these posts out (all by Waxingmoon):
In the "INFORMATION FOR NEWCOMERS" Section:
"Estrogen Dominance and Deficiency Symptom List"
In the "GENERAL REFERENCE" Page:
"Phases of the Menstrual Cycle", and
"About Progesterone Cream & Progesterone"...
and to spare Waxingmoon, I would recommend Dr.John Lee's book "What Your Doctor May Not Tell you About Premenopause". Women of ANY age should read this immensely helpful book. If you want details (about estrogen dominance, progesterone cream and so much more), this book is the perfect place to get them!

I apply my progesterone cream to the soles of my feet, back of my knees, small of my back, inner arms and the back of my neck. I use it on a different area everyday to avoid saturation. Day 1 is feet, day 2 is back of knee, etc. then when I'm finished the cycle I start over again.

Thank you both so much. Have either of you seen results? I'm new and learning.
