Hi, i am currently taking wu and sp and fennel, it's been three to four days. I also been eating alot of protein like peanut butter on wheat toast, lowfat vanilla yogurt with a banana and a whey protien shakes or shake it's only been a few days... but i noticed that when i either drink it or eat it i feel a little tingling and maybe a little pain in my breasts don't know how to describe it, only last a few seconds but i was wondering if anyone
else feels that. I definately look at it as a positive side effect obviously, but i just wanted to know if any of you guys get that effect when eating or drinking protein? i again apologize if this was already mentioned but it was just something i thought was interesting and wanted to share.

I don't think it's in her head. It's a known thing that protein is very important for NBE so why would it be in her head?
I deffinietly sometimes experience sth similar when I drink lots of milk and eat nuts, tho I was never sure if it was precisely because of the protein, but it does ring a bell.
