Hey everyone, I'm navigating this site and i'm a little confused as to what is going on. my understanding is that we just post a breast enhancement routine and report our results right? also i was wondering if you recommend buying a supplement which already has all of the key ingredients to BE or buying the herbs/pills individually and taking them? thanks a bunch!

Welcome to the forum! I haven't had any luck with any of the commercial products out there so I personally think it's better to take the herbs individually. That way you can create something that's custom made for you. One of the best ways to get ideas is to look through the program pages to get an idea of what other people have been using and what has worked for them. Hope that helps!

Well there are several different forums. This is the 'main' forum and I believe is located in the first pink block on the home page. There is a forum specifically for programs, and that is in another pink block on the home page. There is yet another forum for beginners, in yet another block. When I first came to this site, the fact that the forums are not all grouped together threw me off, but I learned.

As far as what to do, my research has indicated that no one routine is right for everyone for various reasons. People have different hormone levels. A common thing to do is for women to try to determine how their hormone levels may be balanced (some have estrogen dominance, for example) and then create a plan specifically tailored to that hormonal need. But basically there is everything from massage, diet, herbs, creams, hypnosis, etc. that you can do.

I personally have been researching for a month and still have not determined that I know enough to choose a plan that is right for me, but I'm getting closer. So, take your time. Don't rush it. Because when you do start a program, you'll have to be patient then too. It's better to plan it well now, so just start reading, and good luck.
