I used to visit this site everyday about 2-3 years ago.
I met some wonderful people here: Steph, MK3, Surf, Jess....
and then I had my internet turned off, (was kinda just needing the extra money for other things) I have wondered about these people occasionally and was wondering if any of them are still comeing around here anymore?

Steph had here own site at one time, and I asume it was closed down by her, thats what it said when I tried to get there to talk to her.

I have completly quit all the NBE stuff since and just haven't bothered with it since. The massaging really made a difference but how time consuming it was!! lol!

I wish all of you the very best with your routines and if any of you know the lovely friends of mine I mentioned, please let me know where I contact them, thank you, and best wishes!!!!

Surf still posts here for sure - I think the last time was only a few days ago. I believe MK3 still posts occasionally too.

Hey girl, how are you? Not here much anymore myself, mostly just repeats now. I have tried many things and only ended up with more body weight and breast cysts, just not worth it. Hope you remember me, we were on at the same time and had alot interesting conversations, was a sad day when you left.

This board seems to not be near as "lively" as it used to be...topics used to be brought up one after another. Its funny how people move on and things change so much in just a few years.

I've been great, I am married now to my wonderful husband..we just celebrated our 1 year anniversary last month!! :)

My daughter is doing wonderful and is growing up so fast...shes beautiful and smart as a tack :) life is great all the way around.

I did completely stop the herbs a year or two ago, and massage as well. It was so stinkin' time consuming. I just thought, you know what, my husband loves me how I am, my family loves me how I am, and so does God (He MADE me this way)...so why am I so worried about it? I just stopped one day.

With massage I noticed a difference very early on, and so at the end I just did cocoa butter massage, and Vit. E -no herbs (got tierd taking them, I HATE to take pills)
And then eventually I got tierd of massaging 3 times a day.

Ok, enough about all that, I really love hearing from you ladies! I've wondered if any of you long timers still were doing nbe. I have been reading here occasionally, and I hope to talk to you ladies again sometime!

I am done with experimenting with herbs myself.I did manage to grow a total of about 4" ..but boy, did those herbs do a number on me. I still massage every once in a while, but definately not like I used to.

Its so nice to hear from you again! And yes I have lots of questions about how things are with you and the others. Congrats on your 4", thats exciting :) I'll have to email you sometime definatly!!

To answer about my massage tech I used to use cocoa butter lotion, any brand seemed to work fine for me-from palmers to sauve brand. I just squirted some in my hand and did the massage 360 rotations (inwards, like towards your breast bone) After I did each one 360 rotations I then just applied some vitamin E cream (lotion) and just rubbed it in. (vitamin E is supposed to assure that any growth from the cocoa stays put)

I did not aplly any heat because the massage took up enough time (about 10 minutes for 360 rotations) but I did massage 3 times a day.

I did and my husband also did notice a nice difference after about the 2-3 month. I think 100 percent of what growth, fullness I got was ALL from massage. They became "plumper" most definatly.

I do not massage any more and no they are not as plump as when I was massaging. I didnt keep the results, and I think the only way to keep the results I got was for me to ALWAYS do the massages.

I even stopped herbs and continued massage for a while and still saw the plumper results I wanted.

I also used EPO for massage, I just popped open one and used half of it on each one. (I did this for my afternoon massage and used the cocoa butter/Vit E massage in the morning and night.) I was pleased with the EPO, and think it helped a bit also.
