I wasn't lucky with my doctor visit, and my hormones were not tested. :( I want to get them tested so that I have a better idea of where my system is at, so that I can create a more effective program.
I'm looking at the kits available at salivatesting.com, and they have one test for estrogen and progesterone which costs $65, but then they have another one that tests estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, and that one costs $99.
I don't have any "manly" features about me, and I'm not very hairy or anything, so I don't think I'm testosterone dominant or have too much, but then again, should I take that one just to be on the safe side?
