Hi, I would like to know what's the best thing to do to try and keep some size after stopping breastfeeding. I have a 1 year old and plan to bf atleast another 6 months. I use to frequent this forum a couple years ago (forgot username) and had a regimen I used that helped me grow about 3/4 of an inch in 6 months.
This is my 5th child that Ive nursed. One thing I do notice that is different is that Im about a cup bigger than I was while nursing the others. Could that be from the herbs I was taking before this baby?
I sure hope to maintain some breast size after I wean. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Since your previous program worked for you, why not take that up again? If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Before becoming pregnant I took Breast Gain for about 2mon,than switched to Wonder up for 4months. I had only a 3/4 inch increase (not much) which only occured in the first month. Im not taking anything at the moment since still breastfeeding. I remember reading somewhere about taking or eating a certain something to maintain breast size before weaning. It was also safe while breastfeeding. I wish I could remember. Or hope someone frequenting this forum has insight on this.
