I'm going to start a cleanse. It's called first cleanse. I've done research and this is what I'm most comfortable with.
I'm estrogen dominant and I've started taking Dr. Randolph's progesterone cream. I start on day 8 since i'm pre-menapausel.
Does it matter when I do this cleanse?
