I'm wondering if anyone experience the same thing.
I have started taking Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek, Borage Oil,Spirulina and Evening Prim Rose Oil for just 5 days and I already have breakouts on my face. I dont have breakouts normally and have perfect skin, no acne or whatsoever.

I still havent feel a thing on my breast yet and im alreayd experiencing this breakouts. I feel like quitting now as i dont know what other side effects i might have after this.

Can anyone who has similar experience please share?

Identify the herb which is causing it and substitute it.

Sounds to me like it's working, when you're going through puberty you get lots of pimples right? Only I didn't get lots of pimples during puberty which is why I think I'm so small up there! That is what we're trying to do, re-create puberty to grow. My opinion only. I'm getting pimples and growing (at 43 years old!) so I believe you've got the right combo and should stick to it. Everyone has their opinion here though. You'll have to decide for yourself what you want to do.

EPO made my face break out, although some people say for them it actually helps with acne.

I don't think pimples have much to do with breast growth. They're just a syptom of a hormonal imbalance - too much androgens. I had quite zitty skin in puberty and not much boobs.

hi Littlelibrarian. I'm not quite sure it's what its as I do not get pimples even during puberty time. My skin is usually quite good. I only get it occasionally 1 or 2 before my period.What im having now is consider more than i normally get.

I also read on some article though saying that some people get clearer skin after going through NBE but will get breakouts in the start and uncommonly get clearer skin after that.

So I'm not sure if its the case here. So if anyone of you do experience that, come and share with us.

I broke out like crazy when I started NBE!!! I advice getting a good astringent and some zit cream. It helps me a lot. I need to take a little extra care of my skin but it's worth it. If you do grow on your program the zits will go away after you stop. It's just a sacrifice I think.

try taking an herb that acts as an androgen blocker. pumpkin seed oil works well for me. but my nbe acne was all over, not just face. and was deep in the skin like cysts- no pimple cream would help that, only made skin peel.

I 2 get break outs but instead of on my face they r all over my back and chest. Which is luckyier than havin on my face I suppose. And I have never really gotten many pimples in the past. Its gross
