after a couple of months on various BE forums i developed a routine for myself which was included saw palmetto, fenugreek, Evening Primrose Oil and Flax Seed Oil. But when i advised people of my program i was told that a better way to go would be to simply take Spirulina and vit C as i seems to be lacking in nutrients rather than a hormonal problem.
i would really appreciate some more advice from whoever is wiling to help.
also some spirulina program testomonials would be great.
I've never heard of anyone using spirulina here. I think the best would be good to include it in your program together with herbs, but I don't think it's very likely you'd grow from it alone.
