I did find one through google ages ago but not sure these things can be trusted. I ended up going to see this gynaecologist:

It's pretty expensive, about £180 for initial consultation then £40-£50 for each thing your want to get a blood test for and £120 to go back to discuss results but was definitely worth it.

I'm bumping this in case anyone else has found a source in the UK, or even Europe, for a reasonably priced hormone saliva test kit. Or one from the US with reasonable shipping costs.

I have ordered hormone salvia tests from the john lee md company, but that's from the Us. They do send all over the world and I got mine after 1 week. I live in Norway. I haven't done the test yet so I don't know how things will work out, but it's seems trustable. If you are interested it's johnleemd.com

Just to say that I think I found somewhere in the UK, in case anyone else is interested. I'm just about to return the female sex hormone test at £49. They offer a more complete test at a higher price too, but I'm hoping this might do. The kit arrived very promptly after sending off for it and you only pay when you return the "completed" test.
