I went to walmart earlier and i saw Fish,Flaxseed, and borage oil all combined into one softgel capsule. Which means i have omega 3-6-9 all in one capsule. It was only like $6 dollars for 120 of them. which is cheaper than buying them all individually. It's spring valley brand. I just started NBE on november 18 so i'm just wondering if i did good by buying it this way or is it better seperate?
The combination sounds fine. The amount of oil in each capsule may have you taking more as many pills as if you were taking them separately, but there is nothing at all wrong with this combination.
i have the same thing, and because the capsules have 400mg's of each type of oil, and it usually says to take 4 a day you'll be getting all the oils you need for NBE, so yes, it's a good thing, and WAAY more convenient.
