Is this the broth women eat/drink after they give birth? I think its for milk production and because after they give birth, this broth is suppose to balance their ying/yang. Its ginger boiled with eggs, pig knuckles, and ginger in vinegar right? The broth is dark and makes the eggs brown. Idk how you can possible eat this, its soo spicy.

It sounds like strong yang food to me, which Tiger Lily was advocating, although Fengshui was steering people away from focusing on the yin-yang idea.

Ginger broth/tea is not for NBE but can be helpful for NBE.
Ginger can warm your body and rid of "blockages", so "chi" flows better so the boobies can get nutritions. It's common for TW girls to drink it during periods to reduce cramps also "clean out" the "dirty chi" in the womb.
And TCM doctors think a healthy womb is very important to women's long term beauty/health (includes boobs).

How to make ginger tea/broth:
boil few slices of ginger root for 10~15 min. add BROWN SUGAR.

Google the benefits of ginger, good stuff anyway, NBE or not.
