| Can anyone recommend a good digestive supplement? I've heard of papaya enzyme? Should I take that or a different one? I've seen one in holland and barrett and it was called 'enzyme formular' I don't know which one is best. Any advice? |

Generally, probiotics such as acidophilus are especially useful.
What problem are you attempting to address with a digestive suppliment?

There are yoghurts that contain acidophilis, this should be the cheapest digestive supplement. |

Wahaika, it's for bloating and my stomach feeling full/tight after meals. Feels really uncomfortable after eating. |

Thanx for the advice. I'll check holland and barrett for acidophilis. |

Some of that may be what (and when and in what order) you are eating. Some foods cause reactions that leave one feeling bloated. Sometimes you are just not getting enough fiber. I hope you eat lots of raw veggies.
In addition to probiotics, try pancreatin. If you are not getting enough fiber, which would show up a irritable bowel syndrome, use psyllium fiber.
