Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum. I'm a 34B and would just love to make it to a full C. Recently I stumbled upon the Flat to Fab program and have been hesitant to purchase the book- something about the way she tries to sell it seems untrustworthy. From what I've seen, people here seem to think F2F is a waste of money since all the information is contained here.
Anyways, I have a few questions about NBE:
-How do these programs affect women on birth control? I'm on orthotricyclen and am concerned about messing up my cycle
-What's the key to achieving long-term growth instead of just swelling?
The truth is Flat to Flab is a waste of money because the author compiled all of her info from the BE board (http://beboard.proboards107.com/index.cgi) Members from that forum also feel the same way. Whatever she talks about in her book is nothing new.
You are right: All the info you need about NBE is available in both forums. Whether or not birth control is affected depends on what herbs/methods you're using. The same goes for achieving long-term growth. No credible person will tell you what will specifically work for you because every body is different, you'll have to find out on your own by doing a lot of research and listening to your own body as you embark on your NBE journey.
My best advice for you is to use the search function to get the answers you're looking for. Many members have written candidly about their experiences, which commercial products worked and didn't work for them, etc.
It can be quite overwhelming and exhausting to read all of the prior posts; however, if you have the time and patience, doing so will be extremely beneficial. You might also want to check out the other pages from the main menu, especially the one for newcomers.
Good luck to you.

i suggest you go to the newbies section in the main menu, it gives some starter information, and then do some research, yes it does take alot of time to back over the all the posts but it is worth it, don't make any decisions until you've gotten ALOT of research. many of the senior useers have done YEARS worth of research, you are lucky to be starting right now and to have it all at your fingertips. so don't make a decision until you've done at least 2 months of research, it sounds like alot but the more you learn now the less money you'll waste, take it from those who've spend HUNDREDS of $$$ and seen little to nothing.
