I was wondering whether there are any other successful herbal formulas out there besides wonderup. I am thinking about switching from indiv. herbs to formulas and need to compare brands to pick the best one. I preferably want something a small amount of PM in it and I know wonderup doesn't have it. Also, would capsuls be better to take then herbal formula lotions? Or is both together more effective? thanks.

It doesn't matter so much whether formulations are successful or not, because not many products include PM as an ingredient, so you will have limited choice anyway.

Betty is right. The only formula that is even remotely close to your specifications would Mirifem Full Potential, but that is mostly PM. Some people have said it caused weight gain though. Here's the other ingredients:

Bioperine
Spirulina
Wild Yam
FG
SP
Milk Thistle
Ginger Root
Activin Grape seed extract
Pine Bark extract

Maybe if someone who used it can offer some advice about that you can have a better idea of how well it worked and its possible side effects.
And what I've picked up from the NBE world is to use topicals (lotions/creams) in conjunction with capsules. It helps speed the process and you get optimal results. Massage is also a key factor.

thanks for the suggestions. I will look into that. Hopefully others who have used it can comment. Shy, have you heard of complete la femme breast and balance? It does contain PM, not as a main ingredient. I am thinking of trying this but want to read some reviews first.

I heard of that. But there's alot of people here that don't think it's a good choice. Again, you might wanna ask around about that.

I've tried La Femme for a whole year and nothing ever eventuated from it. I even bought the creams - which did make my boobs swell slightly but that would've been from the massage itself. My advice is don't waste your money on it, unfortunately :(

Thank you for the advice. Just to update, I did end up using it for a while. Wasn't completely convinced, so I switched to wonder up. Been on it for a short period of time and already more satisfied with it than la femme. I will be sticking to wu until I get the results I want.

hi can you not just use wonderup and add PM cream to your routine too? I dont really know much about this tho not sure if you can use it together even but i think you can.
