I've read the past 29 pages hoping to hear how PM has worked for others on here, but haven't gotten a clear definition or explanation. I researched a bit and found out there are powders and sprays, but got a little confused when they started talking about red and black PM.

What PM have you guys used (where did you order it?) and what has worked and not worked for you (certain websites selling it and didn't yield results like another user who bought it from another site) ? I assume the spray is better? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks for the advice in advance. I've used natureday for a couple of months and decided not to go back to it.

I used St Herb and am still using a new brand called Siriporn. They make Blossom-S, Ro-Bust and Premium PM Cultivar caps.

With St Herb, they worked for me. I got a total of about 1/2" using it for a month and a half. I switched to Siriporn only because of convenience since I'm in the US. Their products are great, better than St Herb, based on my experience. And they're not expensive. I just started using the caps for 1 week and been using their cream a couple days longer than that. Just the cream itself (Ro-Bust) worked very well. Got fuller boobs in only 2 days. Gained 3/8" so far. Very close to that inch I'm waitin' on. Yay!

Yes, generally speaking the spray is better than the cream since it's liquid and more concentrated. But, the Ro-Bust cream has a lotion-like texture and as I mentioned, it was fast-acting. It's prolly on par with the sprays. Hope PM works out for you...

sorry it took me so long to respond missmeliss, I'm usually on the PM forum. I decided not to go back to natureday bc I had been using it on and off since about May to maybe October and just didn't get any results. I may have just quit too early, but I felt like everyone on their website had these great, fast results and I just had nothing after months of taking the right amount and staying away from the wrong kinds of foods. I have 2 bottles left, if you'd like to give it a try that I'm willing to sell cheap.

Thanks for the info shyboobs!! I think I'll order ro-bust I've seen a lot of ppl talking about it on the PM board. I don't know if i should wait and finish my PM spray before trying ro-bust, but i get anxious to try it everytime i come on here and read about it.
