Since taking herbs I've been suffering with bad headaches accompined with a sickly feeling, like I could vomit. I usually get them first thing in the morning. Can someone please tell me why herbs would cause this? I don't think I can continue much longer if these headaches continue.

This has been answred many times, try using the search function more. :) If you're taking FG that's mostly likely it, cause FG can lower blood shuggar. If so you need substitute it tho possibly you could still take a lower dose.

This happened to me, not with herbs but with the pill and I eventually had to stop taking them....they got less frequent but have had migraines a few times a month even now. I assume as both the pill and herbs affect hormones this is the cause. I think you should try another type of herb, with the type of pill I was on it stated clearly that they should be stopped immediatly if bad headaches developed. Your bodie is telling you something is wrong, listen to it.
