Need Direction

Hello, I am new to this forum. I have been reasing some of the posts for the last few days and find them encouraging and confusing. Here is a little history about my situation - I am 28, have 3 kids, I have one boob that is an AAA and one that is flat do to muscular issues, I am unable to gain any weight (believe me I've tried), I took that hormone questionaire and am estrogene deficient, and I have tried several breast enhancement pills with little or no results. The last pill I used was breast sucess, I had good progress but no real growth - it seemed to be working but felt like the dosage was wrong. I even tried adjusting how many I took to see if I would get better results. I have run out now and not sure what direction to take. I was wondering if anyone has a good starter program or advice to lead me in the right direction. Thank you.

Hello :) I don't know how helpful I can be, but if you haven't tried boobie foods, perhaps that is worth a try?
If you have read around you know that chicken feet soup has brought multiple people a lot of success. One person who used it was probably a small A cup and grew to a least a large B cup, small C cup. There are many other foods that have been shown to support the breast growing process, take a look at the food and drink recipes page.
Have you tried massage? I think a lot of success has come from massaging for at least 15 or 20 minutes a day, paired with herbs, hypnosis, or boobie foods.
It has been found that a high protein diet also supports the growth process. Some people drink protein shakes.
I hope this helps!

Hi Pamela,

When you were pregnant with/breastfeeding your 3 children, did you experience any temporary gains from the increase flux of hormones during that time? Others have said that how your body responds to the hormones during that period can be an indicator of whether you will respond to NBE.

I didn't read much about the boobie foods yet - I'll have to look at those.

pregnancy gains

During my pregnancy I gained and lost exactly 40 lbs. During that time I was much closer to a medium A; however it was 90% milk. I was leaking milk pretty much the whole time.

BMI

After I posted this I was doing some more research and found out that my BMI is only 15.7. I've begun a weight gain program to increase my BMI to 19- hopefully this will make things easier. A low BMI would explain why the breast sucess pills I was on weren't working as much as I would've liked.
