I've recently found out I have kidney problems and now need to limit my animal protein and instead replace my protein source to that of soy instead. I'll be incorporating soy milk, tofu, and tempeh into my diet gradually now. Do you think it will have an effect on increasing my breast size? I've heard that it should because of the phytoestrogens... NBE is very familiar to me, I've used herbs before and had success in the past but I'm unfamiliar with the soy issue. Please let me know what do you think.
Thanks
I would be very careful with how much soy you eat in your diet. Everything is healthy to a certain point, but there have been many women who have experience negative side effects and health problems due to too much soy in their diet. You can google it and read up on it. The key is to make sure you also have enough iodine in your diet to balance out the soy. I am incorporating one soy capsule in my NBE program every day, and once a week I plan on taking a Kelp capsule as well since Kelp contains a large amount of iodine. Some women take Kelp everyday, along with their soy, but iodine is known to cause acne, and I already have plenty of that which is why I am only going to take it once a week. Hope that helps!
