I just decided to start saw palmetto again,even if I am afraid of weight gain and cellulite. Since it's a must for girls smaller than an A I have to give it another try.
My question is does anybody know that it can interfere with estrogen levels too and make them lower? I read that somewhere on the internet.
I thougt saw palmetto raised estrogen and decreased androgens! I also read that it is best taken with diosgenin which I found out is found in wild yam and fenugreek..

saw palmetto is one of the world's oldest remedies for female hormonal problems, so I don't know why it would give rise to low estrogen levels.
