Hi Hematin, I get my papaya enzymes from a health food store. Mine are called tropical papaya enzymes. I used to get the ones sold at GNC, but I get way more with these. I get over 500 tablets in the news ones I am using. The ones from GNC I got like 250 tablets. Plus the Tropical ones I use now, you can take 4 after each meal and I have even done 5 before. But I usually just do 4. Where the GNC ones only recommend you take 9 total a day. With the Tropical Papaya enzymes it has more paipin in in it, which is what has been found that promotes growth:) Hope this was helpful to you:)
