I want to add progesterone cream to my program since I am ED but I want to get some opinions first. For those who has tried it or are using it at the moment, has it how long did it take for you to notice changes in your conditions? Also I've heard that it can be pill form or cream? Which one is recommended? Lastly, where do you buy it online? I'm trying to do a lil' HW first and trying to find good deals :) Any reply's would be much appreciated. Thanks a lott everyone!

Memee: I am 18 and have used it for a month and have seen an increase in 1/2 cup size. But it is different for everyone and depends probably on your age, weight, etc., and also just how strongly "estrogen dominant" you are. :) I base my ED symptoms off of intense research. But the only true way to know is to take a blood test. I have never taken one for hormones, however I had taken one in the past and saw something about my thyroid levels, I don't remember if they were low or high but I remember it matched with the thyroid tendencies of ED people.

I go off the symptoms I have. I read a lot on the subject and especially all the post from waxingmoon, she is very knowledgeable in this area, as well as many. Never took a hormone test to actually verify it tho, but my main issues are my PMS's :( Then there's the others, not an overwhelming list of symptomes, but it's only that special time of the month that I feel my body is out of balance. So I would say that I am normal estrogen and Low Progesterone making me ED. So just wanna see if I can balance that out. Thought of vitex but since I'm on the bc patch, I've read that it's not compatible with it.
