Your questions make me think you should research this topic more thoroughly. It is not as simple as it may seem to use this hormone. Not only do you need to know when and how much to apply, you also need to know IF you need this hormone at all.

Please read the book by Dr John Lee "What your doctor may not tell you about premenopause". Please get a saliva or blood test to determine if you need this treatment in the first place.

Too much progesterone will cause a world of bad. Please look before you leap.
