Just wanted your thoughts on this as I am haveing a fed up phase with the whole NBE thing.
I've been at it since Nov 2007, wonderup 10 months or so, bit of noogleberry-ing, massage of course, then on third month messing around with Pm now trying to gauge the dose so it doesn't completely mess up my cycle.
And these are my feelings at present.
I can say (sadly) that if I measure my boobs under and across the nipple the measurements really is exaclt the same as when I began ie 35" across nipple and 29-30" underneath. My 32C bra i started with.... still fits.
The only thing I can say is that in said bra I without doubt can produce more cleavage. It does seem that the breasts have deepened and widened and somehow bulked up to some extent and perhaps it is true to say I've lost sight of their starting point as its been SOOO long. But nothing measurable on the tape.
I do find it hard that some girls seem to grow measurable inches within a much shorter length of time than this. Brilliant for them obviously and its great some are getting results like that but I just wish it was me! It's not as is I'm not trying! The very childish part of me wants to stamp my foot and shout 'it's not fair...'
I do try and stay really positive but sometimes its hard.
Anyone recognise themselves here?
Should I just be pleased something has happened? And be satisfied with my slightly enhanced look?

We all see things from our own perspective so you probably feel small with a c cup. But as I see it you can be satisfied with a c then you really got boobs!
I also read that c cups grow least on wonderup because they might have reach their full potential naturally. So my advise is try to be happy with what you have !If I were a c I would'nt put effort into nbe..

I'm not sure how your boobs are in comparison to the rest of your body, but you should really appreciate your boobs. My boobs are a 34B and one is smaller than the other one... I went into this nbe just in hopes that it was a possibility to make your boobs larger, while still appreciating what I have. Not much has happened, just a little bit of growth, but I've been doing this for a while and even if I do it for like, two years and nothing happened I'm greatful for what I have, and I also really like my butt!
I say just focus on the things that you love about yourself. Also, I have certain bras that make my boobs look great! Nobody knows that they are slightly padded. If you are already a 34C, you could just wear slight padding to enhance what you have.
I don't know if this helps or not, but I believe that it's important to stay positive. Try to change the things you can for the better and if it's beyond your control just work with what you have!

Seriously, just think of all us A cup sisters and be thankful for what you have. If you gained cleavage, then you were successful. I personally can't understand why/how you could be unhappy with C cup boobs, but again this is coming from someone who can't fill an A cup.
Peace~

thanks girls, don't want to sound like I'm moaning but honestly, a C cup on a 32 band ain't as big as it sounds, honestly, it only really is about a 34A equivalent and actually I'm probably somewhere between 32 and 34, so if there was such a size I'd probably be something like 33A+ if that puts it into perspective.
But thank you for your kindness in replying - you're probably right and I should be pleased with what has been achieved.

Girl, let me tell you, I understand how you feel. its been 2+ years for me... not to mention I've had some health problems and have had to stop now and then.. but still...
I think you just need to keep playing around with what herbs you are taking and how much. I've been switching mine up when i figure out my routine is not working. I think what is holding me back the most is DIET! have you changed your diet- less sugar, caffeine... more veggies and protein? do you massage? I'll be the first to admit that I don't exactly eat what i should for NBE and I really only massage when I feel like it. I have convinced myself that my lack of consistency has been my downfall.
I'm tired of wasting money though, and as of sunday i have begun to do massages twice a day, no slacking and i'm actually trying to avoid food i shouldnt be eating. If you really believe NBE won't work for you, I say move on with your life. I really think you need positive thinking for this to work, too. If you still want to give it another try, maybe look at other people's programs and try to change yours up. cleanse your liver with some milk thistle, pick yourself up, and start over again.

Hello Madboobie,
You probably already considered this, and I haven't read through your entire program page, but just in case, have you considered if you may have a hormone imbalance or not? Maybe you should get tested, if you haven't already. The reason that I ask this is because you mentioned PM, which is a very strong phytoestrogen as I'm sure you're already aware of (since you are taking it, after all). If you get tested and you find out that you are estrogen dominant, for example, then PM and other strong phytoestrogens may hinder you more than help you in your journey. (Please run this by someone who knows more about this than I do, this is just my guess.)
I'm not 100% on that, and I'm still trying to figure out this hormone imbalance thing myself, but it is just a thought. I think when I was reading a post about Beth's program, someone made the comment that "in NBE, the rich get richer," which I think meant that usually the women who already have boobs, such as yourself, may be very successful in NBE, but I could be wrong. I think Beth started out a B and ended up a DD or a D.
If you already considered all of this, then sorry for being redundant, but if not, I hope it helps!

Mrs Jim, thanks. You have a point about diet. I go throughhealthy eating phases but sometimes just get fed up and want chocolate and booze... also not great with caffeine, like my filter coffee of a morning! Also am inconsistent with massage, but am trying at present. Sometimes life (real) just seems to get in the way of creating perfect NBE conditions!
Antheia thanks to you too. I am not convinced I have a hormone imbalance either way. Don't really tick any of the boxes or have any 'symptoms.' Don't even really get PMT just bit sore boobies before which I kind of think we all get. but please correct me if I am wrong.
My routine has worked a bit... just don;t feel the pay back for the effort and money has been enough!
Thanks both for taking time to reply. Good luck with yours.

I know this crazy NBE journey can be frustrating at times. I had great results with PM for about 8 months and then stalled. Don't get me wrong I am thankful for the growth I got from PM but I guess now I'm just being greedy!! Maybe being a B already was a factor like Antheia suggested. I only got to a C though but I am maintaining so far. I did notice that results were better for me when my diet was clean and life was less stressful so I'm trying to get back to that!! I also noticed that consistency was key once I found what worked for me. If I screwed up with some of my doses or took it at the wrong time during my cycle, it seemed to negatively affect my results. I just recently committed to making myself doing 5 minute massages, one in the morning, one at night. It's a great workout for your arms too!! :)
I agree that it is so hard to know why NBE works great for some and not so much for others because everyone's bodies are so different and there are SO many factors that can affect our hormones. Regardless of whether or not you decide to continue on, I applaud you for your efforts and for sharing your experiences on this forum. If you do decide to continue, try to stay positive and be consistent with whatever method you use. Reducing caffeine & alcohol is definitely a tough one for me too. I love my coffee and red wine! But I am trying to have less to see what happens over the next few months.
Just remember we are ALL beautiful women no matter how big our boobies are!!!
XOXO,
Bella
