I realize that many ladies here are looking for breast size increases, but I was mostly concerned with filling up deflated ONCE full breasts and lessening the sag factor. I am quite happy to say that over the past few months this has begun to happen!
I am drawing attention to myself because from my own experience on this forum I look for success stories to give me hope. If you check out my photo page you can see a SUBSTANTIAL increase in lift from my first photo (June 2008) to my current photo. I have only been working on NBE with dedication for about 4.5 months and so far my breasts have definitely changed. I think they looked fullest when I was on fenugreek (my second to last photo), but I also think my second to most recent photo looks the fullest because some of the volume has recently redistributed. On the measuring tape I am not more than half an inch less busty now than in the fuller looking photo. I am so happy with how much the nipple has lifted in the last 4.5 months and how they definitely do not look as deflated as they used to.
I hope this is inspirational for you lovely ladies with similar goals as me, or even those of you who are inspired by any NBE story. If this is 4.5 months in I am so looking forward to the changes that will come in the next few months or years!

Hi Nymph,
I have the same problem as you, mine due to breast feeding 2 babies. I was wondering what you did to counteract the sagging. That is what I am looking for too. I do want to get larger but my main goal is to get lifted and firm again, before I try to get bigger.
I have been doing massages daily it kind of works but I have alot of sag and emptiness.

It is amazing how pliable breast skin and nipples are. For just a few weeks I had been stimulating my nipples slightly upward instead of out, and noticed that they started to point upward at all times of the day! My boyfriend noticed too without me saying anything. You need to lift the breasts up and hold them there and tell them to stay.
I do a lot of chest exercises. I have strong pecs and I think the added definition between my breasts from push ups, chest press, pressing the palms of my hands together in front of my chest and pushing for 10 seconds (for at least 10 times) all adds up.
I have been looking for the right breast firming cream. Have you found a good one yet? I asked it on this forum a few days ago if you want to find that thread. I have been using Ro-Bust PM cream for about a week. It is hard for me to say what it is doing for tightening the skin since I am about to get my period and look fuller. I don't know what kind of many you have to spend on this but I am pretty sure I noticed results when I used St Herb Nano Serum for a month or two.
Chicken feet soup with massages! That is how Tiger Lily and Fengshui did it. I have been drinking chicken feet soup for a week. I like to make it into eggdrop soup or vegetable soup. It has worked wonders for size increases and I think in order to fill out post-pregnancy breasts you need to try to get any lift you can but also to fatten them up. Try it!
I noticed the most plumping back when I took Fenugreek. I stopped and switched to Goat's Rue, a similar herb.
You need to keep massaging. Only a few months of massaging is not enough to see its results. Pair it with chicken feet soup, a skin tightening serum, borage oil and rich diet and then see where you are in a few months :)

Great job NYMF!!! I wonder if you tried this massage (see quote), I think it also helped me got my breasts lifted. You can do it even if you don't have fat on tummy.

"This massage I think helped filling up my upper breasts
for my right breast, I put my left hand on my rightside tummy, then put my right hand on top of my left hand, then try push (firmly) the tummy fat up all the way (over nipple)to my collar bone. Vice versa for left breast. I learned this on TW's forum and it helps. I do it 5~10 times (each side)a day."

It really is encouraging to hear these testimonials about success, whatever the success may be: increase, firming, toning....any of it. Thank you for your story. I think when us other women who are trying to do this very slooowww journey, we need all the verbal encouragement we can. And thats what this site is great for! keep it up!

Hi Saggynymph, congratulations on your great progress- I can really see it in your pics. It has inspired me and I have to share my own progress.. I am having some success in slowly firming up my deflated little boobs after breastfeeding. I stopped feeding my 2nd child in early January, so has only been about 6 weeks since I started massaging (not for long) and practicing pushing my boobs up and squeezing into bra like the girls here talk about. For about 3 weeks I have been taking borage oil and vitex. I know it will take a while to regulate hormones again.
I'm thinking of adding goats rue soon instead of fenugreek.
I took Wonderup for 5 months in 2006-2007, before I had my second child. Not a lot of effect for me. I also took fenugreek for a while after that but don't think I can face the smell again.
Much to my delight, my boobs arent as bad now as after I stopped feeding my first child. Maybe it's because I have a bit more weight on me now. Am still an A cup though! (Was a B cup pre children). I would LOVE to be a full B cup or C one day!
What I have noticed is that they are a bit denser and not as empty / saggy.
I am also using hypnotherapy. I have the Andrew Dobson mp3 which is ok, but I just made my own self hypnosis tape and started using this week so will see what happens.
Am feeling more hopeful that in the past and liking my body more.
The other thing I have changed is to add heaps more protein and oils to diet.
Best wishes to u all, Sharlene
