Hi everyone I want your opinions on how to gain weight the healthy way, with results. I know that some of us are either small frame body type or some even under weight that's why we don't have much in the boob department. Do you think that protein drinks can help with that? I know that we would have to eat more than what we're used to everyday, and that not being fatty foods like chips, fried foods, candy, soda -- those type, is not good for us anyways. Fruits, veggies, white meat -- that's healthy, but will that help us weight gain? 'cause isn't that more for those who wants to loose weight? or am i wrong?

Please share your thoughts, looking forward to hear your response, thanx!

xoxo

As someone who is naturally thin and trying to gain weight for NBE, I can say that increasing calories is possible through an increase in healthy foods. Fats are high in calories, and most natural fats are not bad for us. I have been increasing my intake of nuts (just 2 tablespoons of real peanut butter has 200 calories), yogurt (1 cup of real yogurt has 200 calories) and eggs and animal fats. I believe that when you are young, thin, and active increasing animal fats will not harm your heart. I eat a lot of organic butter and opt for fattier meat cuts. Chicken feet soup is a great addition to your diet.

Also, eat more of all the undeniably healthy foods. If you would normally eat 10 pieces of broccoli and 1 cup of beans, eat 15 pieces and two cups of beans. If you apply this to all of your eating you WILL increase calories.

To gain weight healthily you should use a nutrition ptoduct with all the nutrition, protein and amino acids that your body requires. My friend who is using it has gained 2 kg in a month and she feels great and looks great. Email me at yngchai@yahoo.com
