I have had the same concerns.

However, I did read some days ago (I wish I had the source)that women that are estrogen dominant have a higher tendency to get cancer (like breast cancer) then others. Luckily NBE is mostly about balancing your hormones so I think herbs could actually help in it's prevention if you do it right.
