Yikes, I feel and look like a skeleton and it bothers me to see 12 year olds with bigger boobs than I. Everyone in my family has c's and d's. I never gain weight and I have REALLY tried. Had all the test (std, hiv, tyroid ect) nothing is wrong but it all feels so wrong. Tried Nuperk (nothing) lacmictal(nothing)no money for the agumentation. Really want to gain weight cause I herad this will help NBE. what to do I so have the blues.

I feel ya, I am in my 30's and an A cup bra is too big for me.

So, if you are really thin I am wondering if you have a hormone imbalance... like too much testosterone? I believe that is what makes a lot of women super thin with no boobs. I think that is my problem and I am changing up my routine to focus on lowering testosterone.

Things that I am doing: taking Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin Seed Oil supplements, taking protein shakes to try to put on some weight, drinking spearmint tea twice a day, keeping away from refined sugars and white flour products. I am also eating all the boobie food I can get my hands on. If you search this forum you will find loads of info on boobie foods and recipes and whatnot. Chicken feet soup is a great one. I know it may sound crazy but it actually has a lot of health benefits.

If I were you I'd start with the personal picture pages. If you see someone who has nice results, follow the link at the bottom that takes you to the program they followed. Then you can decide if you want to try something similar.

Also explore massage. It's free! There are massage techniques listed on this form, just do a search or follow the link from the main menu.

There is loads to be learned from this website. Read read read. You will be amazed.

Best of luck to you!

It is a possibility that a hormonal imbalance would also be responsible for you health troubles. Lots of people have to make an efford to find the explanation to their health probles, by listening closely to their body, doing a tonn of reasearch and consulting different specialists. Figure out your imbalance (newbies section, questionary test), then you can decide on which NBE method to use.

Hi

Thanks so much for the response. I to am afraid that I do have a Hormonal Imbalance. I have all the signs I think anyway (night sweats and then really cold) Very high metabolism some insomia and then no appetite at all.

I'll search the forum and see if I can locate the self test they have here check back with ya later. Felicia
