I am just curious to see what you guys think????

Now maybe genetics has something to do with it but I have a lot of Italian friends who have generous proportions along their bustline, and, I cannot count how many skinny Indian girls I have seen with big boobs.. I know I am being very general, and there obviously are some smaller girls - but has anyone else noticed???

What got me thinking was I was trying a new recipe for lasagna the other night and you would not believe what the 'secret' ingredient was - (drumroll......) 1 tsp of fennel seeds!!! And whaddya know, I happened to have them right in the pantry ;) Another herb you use in Italian food a lot is Oregano.. Now I don't know if the one you use in NBE is leaf or whole plant, but it certainly made me wonder....

Is it all genetics, or do you think that their diets and exposure to some of these herbs (I know in small doses) but on a regular basis, gives them a little boost??? Especially if you were exposed to it during puberty???

What do you guys think?????

I'm sure you're not the first to wonder this. I often have too. Indian food uses fenugreek herb as a spice in many dishes :o

Well, my neighbors are Italian. The daughter and the Mom are both big breasted women. They eat lots of italian food and I believe they use a lot of fennel and oregano in their meals. I don't know if this has anything to do with it. Her daughter only had a son, but the Aunt had a daughter and her boobs are big too. I would say all are C's or D's. But they do eat lots of italian. So, during the birthday parties I get my fill of their italian food and rub my boobs in the bathroom haha!

Indians put fenugreek in their meals a lot so that is probably why also.

I have noticed this about italian girls too. They are often so well proportioned. Big breast, no belly and nice hips! I wonder if there are any italian girls on this board or if they do'nt have this problem. .
I think it has to do with genes and food. But as far as I know genes are affected by food so if they have eaten booby friendly food thourough generations it might do something. I certainly believe so. Israelian girls are also very well proportioned have you noticed that? I don't know what they eat..

yeah you could be right with the italian girls altho i only know one she is bigger but shes also slightly bigger all over so hard to tell but i think in general they are.
Not sure about indian girls tho they always seem tiny to me, much shorter slimmer and generally petite all over :)

Maybe this is the true reason why I'm doing so well with NBE lol. I am ethnically Italian and German. My mom has 44DDs. Her mom had 44DD's. Nice hips, too, with small stomachs. My mom is a bit pear shaped however her mom was a perfect hourglass.

My breasts are now almost 34Cs, btw. :D

But I do think a lot of it is just positivity. Believing in the "new you" that you wish to see. ESPECIALLY if you're still in your teens, as I am.

But I do think to a very large extent you do have to have large breasts somwehere in your genes for nbe to really work for you. I have 34Bs but like I said, my mom and her mom, etc. all had DDs. My German grandmother (on my father's side) has C's.

If you have A cups and everyone else in your family has had A cups for years, I wouldn't expect anything major. But if you have A cups and your mom had E cups, now there's another story. :P

yeah i've noticed that too. i love how proportionate their bodies look. i would love to look like that.

I'm half Italian and have a high A/low B, my best is 34 inches. I was cheated :/

So funny! I am glad I am not the only one who has noticed - I was beginning to think I was a bit of a wierdo looking at girls proportions while doing the shopping XD

Linn - I have noticed that about Israeli girls too!! I do think they use fenugreek seeds and fennel in curry also!?

And Sailorvenus I am sure you will get your DD's too!!! I am not in my teens... I'm in my very late twenties, but still hold out hope. And I am 25% Italian (obviously did not inherit the curves though!!)

And waterfall we WILL look like that!!! Okay, so maybe I'm not expecting whoppers, but some proportion would be nice - I hear you on that one :)

Well, I have noticed quite the contrary with Italians. I had a young Italian professor and she was very flat-chested. I've worked for other Italian women and the same story-all of them very flat chested in the extreme.

I'm genetically half italian, and im an A (hardly) and my mom's a C. I dont know what size my grandma is but she is quite a bit bigger, I think the difference definatly is the diet because my grandma grew up in italy, and ate all the good italian food. But me and my mom grew up in the US and I never remember my mom putting fennel in my food! I blame the food!

and i am very small chested, my boobs got big after i had my babies but only with milk and as much as it hurt i lovveed it for once i had really good self esteem about my boobs but like a week later :( they were gone! my mom has big ones like a dd but im barley an A

I'm all but a quarter Italian (that quarter is Irish), and all my females in my family except my cousin Mindy(who is only a quarter Italian herself, the rest Irish and English) are gifted in the breast department. Common things with us were we were both athletes since we were young, and are both pretty tiny (She's probably 5'2" and a size 0 and I'm 5'9" and a size 4)...
But yeah! All my other Italian relatives are super busty... Not fair... I guess I'm also the only one that doesn't drink milk... but I ate a lot of ice cream growing up... I dunno... I got the small waist and the nice hips/butt though at least! Halfway there hahaha.

I got the small waist and big butt too, but I think working out or doing sports during puberty really does limit your growth. when i was 12-16 I went to the gym everyday, It was nice to be in shape but i'm payng for it now! haha
