I was wondering if someone could explain how to do the massage with cocoa butter. I can't find the right thread...keep getting lost in this forum. Also, I'm going to try eating/ drinking more soy and was wondering if anyone can recommend any other simple things I can do?? Like a serum that works? Or an herb that you had luck with?? I'm open to suggestions!!
