| Hi Fengshui,
I was browsing your older posts on the other forum "aphrodites" and you said to massage your breasts to increase "chi flow". I've studied a little bit about Chi but from what I know, you don't have to do any physical work for chi flow, you can just close your eyes and use your mind.
My guess is that it's easier for people to "feel" the chi if they massage than if they were to use their mind only? I've seem chi masters do some incredible work but used no hands! Just good old meditation!
What's your take on this? |

I was just trying to find a way to explain the method, I guess you can say "chi flow" means better circulation.
"chi" means so many things in different ways in Chinese, of course meditation is also helpful to NBE.
After avoiding cold type foods and drinks (most of time, not at all time), I am so much better dealing with cold weather, I can say my "chi" is stronger. Even if I only do maintanance massages now (not everyday), I can always find my boobs feel fuller if I have some good boobie foods and good rest the day before, so maybe most of my "blockages" have been rid of, "chi" flows good, boobie foods "go" where it should. (aka my boobies respond to boobie foods). There is this stupid thing I do, when I drink my boobie soup (sometimes when I making the soup, too), I "say" (in my mind) to the soup "thank you for making my boobs fuller, rounder, bigger and "up up" thank you" hahaha.

I see. lol, a lot of people do that (The thanking thing) for things that help them accomplish something. Also, after changing my diet also to mostly warm food I can stand the cold weather better as well! interesting! |
