| Are any of These foods considered bad for breast growth?
Spaghetti
Pizza
Steak
Hamburger Meat
Reg Milk
Cheese
Bacon
Oysters...sometimes raw
Spinach Leaves... because I perfer that over lettace in my salads
Sweet Tea... homemade has suger about two cups worth
Any advice I did go through all of the food and drink forums, but their was'nt many listed on the non boobie food side list...However most of those on that list I don't really eat anyways.
The main ones I listed above I do eat alot of on a daily basis and don't want to mess my program up in anyway, I just want to be sure.
What do you guys think? |

Those foods are fine, just eat your balanced meal as uaual, add in the boobie foods in your diet, do the massages, that should do.
About the no no foods, as long as you don't eat them all the time, once in a while is not gonna hurt your boobie plan.
By the way, what kind of tea do you use for your sweet tea? |

I actually just got back in town today from The asian market, bought about 5 pounds worth of chicken feet to hold me over a month or so. Im really looking forward to giving these a try, The asian guy who worked there was even giving me ideas on how to cook them, he even said how good they are and he'd sell alot more of them if people would eat them more often lol... He told me just to call a week ahead of time before driving down so he could get some in stock for me, I thought that was pretty nice of him.
The foods I listed are kind of what I been eating everyday for the past year or so, on top of fast food places. Im about to change all those bad habits now, but everynow and then I would'nt mind eating some pizza beings it my fav food of all times LOL. I just don't want to eat anything that could be bad for the program. The tea That I drink is lipton tea bags that you get from walmart, I usally make it through a coffee pot then add about two cups of sugar. I don't drink it as much as I use to, I drink about 4 glasses of it a week now, other then that I drink plenty of water everyday.
I'm pretty much set for starting my program now I will keep everyone updated to everything that goes on and soon add my program page for everyone to see. I have some herbs like SP FG,FN along with flaxseed, borage oil in caps. Not sure yet if I should take the herbs with doing the foods, still looking into that. What do you think? |
