Chicken feet soup seems to get really positve feedback for helping NBE, but I've never herd it being effective on its own. How come you haven't included herbs in your routine? |

I remember Tigerlily saying that she did not notice positive results until the second month of her chicken feet soup and massage program.
Adding the borage oil will also help you mimic her program if that is what you are trying to do.
I have had chicken feet soup probably 10 days out of the last three weeks. My massage has not been consistent enough, only massage maybe 75% of the days (am looking to change that). I also take Goat's Rue, fennel, omega 369 oil, l-tyrosine and I use a PM cream. Moon made a good suggestion, possibly adding herbs to your routine. Tigerlily did not use herbs. I believe Fengshui, who also had success with using chicken feet soup, has used herbs.
As for results after 3 weeks, I think myself and the girls mentioned would say you need to wait months into the program to see very good results (if it is going to work for you).
I hope it does!

I forgot to mention that Tigerlily also took ginkgo daily. I have also incorporated this into my program to hopefully help with circulation. |

However TigeLily did have a phytoestrgen rich diet. It doesn't matter if it's herbs in capsules, in meals, teas or some other form, but phytoestrgens seem to be the surest NBE method. |

I didn't take herbs per se, just tried borage oil and royal jelly for boost.
3 weeks are just too short to tell if this method works for you or not. Starting to see difference after two months is pretty average. |
