Ro-bust cream and headachesMarch 11 2009 at 1:50 PM | Firefly (Login FireflyGirl) SENIOR MEMBER |
| I noticed a couple of people saying they thought the Ro-bust cream might be causing headaches for them. I'm thinking of buying some, but I was curious about the side effects. Has anyone else noticed recurring headaches or any other side effects from using the Ro-bust cream?

I started taking the ro-bust cream and pills on the 3rd of March. I had a headache for the first three days but I am feeling wonderful now. AND I am seeing some fullness! I woke up this morning sore and tender. I hope this is a sign that it's working! |

I have not! I feel good. Other women here have had head aches as a side effect of PM, though. |

Ah yes, I believe that was Tiffany. Unfortunate, but I really think that it depends on how sensitive your body is to herbs. Obviously she is pretty sensitive. The majority of us that used it have not had probs with headaches...at least not that I know of from reading the Ro-Bust thread in the PM forum. I guess if you know that your body is really sensitive then I suggest not even thinking of using a potent herb like PM--topical or internal. :P
I've had nothing but positive experiences concerning Ro-Bust. Really helped move things along and I loved how my boobs quickly increased in fullness. Personally I think Ro-Bust is like the best cream out there (for those who aren't so sensitive). It also helps that it's affordable. XD So that's my personal testimonial... |

The robust cream alone did not cause any headache on me at all. I really believe that it contributed much to my breast fullness and growth.I started NBE in Aug. of last year but it's been 2 mos that I've been with the cream together with ground flax seed, borage/EPO and goats rue but I stopped goats rue last week when I ran out of supply. My cup A bra is now tight. I used to be AA after breastfeeding 3 kids. My goal is to be full cup B like I used to be before breastfeeding or bigger and I'm giving myself until Aug 2010 to reach that. Two-year project! With the result that I'm getting these past few weeks, I believe I can reach my full B cup goal and even beyond that.
It was when I took the PM pills that I experienced terrible headache but goes away after taking pain reliever and had an abdominal cramp and little spotting on day 14 of my cycle so instead of taking PM pills on that day and day 15, I stopped. However, my facial complexion lightened after few days of the pills. I decided to still try PM pills in my next cycle and see what will happen. I like the effect on my complexion that's why but if I will get that cramp and spotting again, I'm going to let the pills off.

Why do so many women come to this forum and cause trouble? To say she has identity issues is really uncalled for. We all have things we'd like to change cosmetically. If Meehka wants lighter skin and it seems PM is working for her then personally I'm happy for her. Wouldn't it be great if we could support each other instead of bashing one another! |

Princess,
I know what you mean because I am surrounded with those girls who go for skin bleaching and hair coloring because of whatever their reasons are which we should not be concerned about. I do not have identity issues. I am very proud with my brown/morena complexion. It's just that my body in general has a lighter complexion than my face which is unusual. Isn't it that the face is normally lighter than the neck, arms and body? Me, it is not and it is very obvious and that has been one of my beauty concerns eversince. I tried facial lightening creams in the past but they did not work. So I was very happy when I observed that PM pills made my FACIAL complexion lighter.
