Hi all!!!
Im new at NBE. I have ordered some stuff on Pueraria.co.uk and it should be arriving soon. I know that I have to cylce this herb but I was wondering if it is advisable to cycle other herbs like fenugreek or red clover blossom. I have the flat2fab ebook and that says that you should start on the first day of your cycle.
Does anyone cycle their herbs apart from with pueraria?
