Guess I should have titled my other message differently. :)
I need advice on trying NBE in a slow and cautious way.
I did try NBE before, about 3 years ago. I did not have much success. I did develope some health problems in the last few years (gall bladder problems, hypothyroid, and estrogen dominance - mostly likely), have improved my health and really don't want to back track into any of that.
So now that I am actually feeling better and I have lost some weight I would like to try NBE.
I did read through a link in the newbie section that (I think posted by waxing moon) if having estrogen dominance one might try Fenugreek.
I have succeeded in raising my temperature back up by supplementing with iodine and actually I credit the iodine to my enormous improvement in health so I actually think I might be able to have some success this go around with NBE.
Does anyone have any advice? |
