I am 5'8" and two months ago was around 115 pounds. I am not 125 pounds and have grown to 33" breasts in the follicular phase and 34" inches in the luteal phase. I was clearly underweight. I think gaining weight is essential for skinny girls. Now I am just slim, more shapely. I started NBE 8 months ago at around 120 pounds with 31.5" breasts. HELL YEAH.
