Gelatin

I know this has probably been asked before, but I can't find the answer! First of all, I am a small town girl and have been to chicken farms. I honestly don't think I can bring myself to boil chicken feet and eat the broth. . . even after washing the feet. I am kind of a germ-o-phobe, and I wouldn't be able to get my mind off of the farms I have been to. Anyways, would buying unflavored gelatin from the store work? Why/why wouldn't this work? Would it take a huge amount of this gelatin a day to work as well as the soup does? What is the difference?

Also, I have looked up gelatin capsules on iherb, and so far I can only find beef gelatin. No chicken gelatin. Would that make a difference? Would this be a good thing to buy?

Has anybody had success with either unflavored gelatin or gelatin capsules? If so, please let me know how much gelatin you were taking a day. I really want to incorporate gelatin into my program, but I am a little OCD about germs and I just can't do the chicken feet. Is there any other way????

I see Double Ace has had significant growth with boiling chicken legs instead of the feet. What about boiling chicken wings??

If you can't do the feet, eat seafood high in good fat and collagen. Seabass has been mentioned, but I'm adding sardines as the omega 3 fats are higher and has the lowest mercury level of all seafood. Shrimp is good too.
