Just wondering if anyone has experienced pain while on NBE?
I have been doing the massages, but stopped for a week for
personal reasons...i.e. stress. And I still feel pain.
ON the side of my breasts and nipple area and below the breast.

What is your experience with pain and NBE? I just dont know what to make of mine...
I think it's good???

What do you think....what were your experiences?

In the beginning I had pain but then it went away and that's when growth came.

Pains are a growing sign.

Thank you both for your response, I did think that the pain was a good sign...but in a weird way I kind of hope it doesnt go away completley?! i.e. no pain no gain?
But we'll see...so far do goood! :)

Lena, I've had pain on and off, even when I didn't have pain, the next day I'd measure larger, but Moon is right, pain = growth, but not always the case, what's important is to NOT rely on symptoms for growth, otherwise you'll become negative and that's what u want to avoid
