Okay-----so,started back up on Depo Provera in March after about a 9 mo. break from it.I actually do better on Depo than without.I have learned to take the calcium.I had my breakthrough bleeding for almost a month.It was old blood.This always happens when I first get back on it.Got my regular cycle on Sunday.Stopped after 2 days,on Tuesday.So,this is my 5th day after stopping,when the breasts are actually at their smallest.I am like Double_Ace---I don't really measure.So,I can't actually give the stats in inches.I had bought a strapless bra and wore it yesterday.I wear a 34B.Some people say to go down a cup size when wearing strapless,but i never could because the A's were just way too small and tight at the bottom and overall circumference.I just get my normal 34B and hook it at the 3rd hook.I actually had to take it to the middle hook.When I did take it off-----OMG! I had red rings around my breasts.I was actually in pain from it having been on there so long.
I had recently bought some new bras,which were 34B.They were pretty sports bras that I knew would stretch while I'm growing,therefore,not have to keep buying bras because they aren't cheap.They are only lightly lined with no underwire.My other bras are underwire and padded,and they are really snug now.So,this morning,I took the plunge to try on my old 34B bras that are underwire with absolutely no padding.They fit!!!! I fill them UP!!!!The underwire actually is kinda painful.So,I decided to take an even bigger plunge and try on my very,very old 36C bra.I have kept that bra for motivation.It is underwire with no padding.Well,to my surprise,I fit it.Now,it does not support me the way it should-----YET!!,but it will.It was a very good fit at the bottom and middle,then got loose at the top,but not extremely loose.Just a little wrinkling at the top and sides.I was just tickled pink from it.This again is on 5th day after cycle,when we are usually at our smallest!!!I am not good at measuring,so I just use my bras as a guide because that's what I'm trying to fit into.So,I guess I can say I am a very full B/small C.I will be so glad when the day comes that I do not have to wear a strapless bra with my tube tops and halters,and when I can just use the adhesive support strip at the bottoms and the gel pasties over my nipple.I have a way to go,but the point is I'm making progress.So,to all my NBE friends,when you get discouraged-----DON'T GIVE UP!!!!
Double_Ace and all the other girls are so right about having an open and positive mind.Keep that open mind and keep visualizing your end goal.But,the journey is fun,too.Happy Growing!
Just wanted to ad a little,especially for the ones that may be where I am at on their journey.I have definitely filled at the sides and bottoms.I am now starting to get depth and contour at the center between the breasts.I am starting to fill out at the top,but just a little.It is kind of like my breasts have grown down as well.Not saggy by any means,they just end farther down.I know that has to be a part of it.I have actually had to adjust the shoulder straps of my bra to accomodate this.I know this is the way breasts usually grow during NBE.But,I still visualize the tops being really round and contoured like they used to be.I know I have to have patience with NBE,but I am going to do one of the things Fengshui did----the wall pushes.Kind of like push-ups while standing.I know this will aid in contouring the tops until they catch up.
