| I am so sick from eating soy beans right now.. I dont usually have this problem if I eat the soy beans right after they've been cooked, but I ate yesterday's soybeans and there's something about leaving the soy beans or soy milk over night that just turns my stomach or makes me nauseous, and when heating the products it takes away whatever is toxic. I wonder if the soy toxicity comes back over night when it's cold again?
Anyhow.. I would love to do the soy thing but this might be my last shot as I'm currently unable to move lol. Did you say Gisela and Hitoma both skipped the soy and ate mainly seabass, chicken feet, and papaya? was there anythign else important in their NBE diet? And did they both grow to D cups?
I asked you this in another thread but incase you don' see it, how long do you hold the pressure points when massaging? I don't hold the pressure points when I do mine. My massages last about 10 minutes and I do all the massages pretty fast + my own massages I incorporated. I do them very hard though and have bruises lol (they don't hurt).
By the way, I think of NBE like a form of exercise. When you first start out doing squats you do about 8 reps and 3 sets, and once your body has gotten used to this amount you increase the weight, sets, and reps as you go along. If you hit a stall and reach a slower growth pace for NBE, I think it's important to increase the number of reps you do for each massage. It only makes sense to treat this like any other form of exercise of stimulation. I thought you might find this helpful or useful ;-) |

If it's making you nauseous don't eat it. It's not necessary that cooking inactivates all kinds of toxins and microorganisms that might develop, some are more resistent than others. |

I quit fenugreek 2 months ago (I took it in very low doses for a short period, but it made me sick). Now I eat some papayas and drink occasionally some soy milk and that is pretty much all I do.
It may sound crazy, but Ive grown these last weeks saying to myself positive affermations on a loud voice before sleeping. Very simple things like you suggested in your post (my breasts are healthy and beautiful and they are GROWING. They are gwoing all the time. All the fat that is around my belly goes to my breasts etc).
But they have grown and are heavier right now. My period just ended and they are not heavier because of water retention (they are not aching at all).

Hey, Ace, how are you feeling now? Hopefully better.
There are lots of girls grew without soy, plus you are doing great without it, if you ever hit a stall then add in something else. Don't worry about soy.
I wonder if you cooked the soy beans thorough, I have never made soy bean dishes except made soy milk out of it, but my home-made soy milk stays good for a few days in frige. If soy bean/milk is not cooked thorough, it could cause nausea, diarrhea, vomit. I don't know if the toxicity could come back overnight, because it's advised to simmer about 10 min (keep stirring) after it boils to break the toxicity, soy is easily spoiled, though.
I will reply the pressure points on the other thread so you don't get tired from reading. :)

I'm feeling much better thank you. Can you let me know what thread you'll be writing the response in since I checked the thread I asked and there is no answer yet, so just making sure we're talking about the same thread titled "Clear massage explanation".
Also, how much do you pay for 1lb of white sea bass where you live? I just saw 1lb of white seabass for 11 dollars :-O, Damn! Is this even right? It seemed to be just as expensive everywhere, and black and striped seabass was much cheaper but you said the white one is best. |

Also Fengshui,
I was wondering if Gisela and Hitoma kept their program consistent from start to end or did they add things after hitting stalls? thanks

Hey, Ace, sorry for the late reply, just been crazy busy, I will find time to reply the "Clear massage explanation" thread. I don't know much about pressure points though and I didn't really do them because wasn't sure if found the pressure points or not so I gave up. All I did was the massage I mentioned on my programme page.
I have no idea what kind of sea bass I got, might be Gisela mentioned white sea bass, it was about $2~3/lb when I bought it, it's dark gray with strips. Hitomi said any kind of sea bass would do.
I know Gisela took break when hit a stall, she also advised me taking break when I hit a stall. Hitomi didn't take breaks, she grew all the way to E cup then she started getting fat underarms, she stopped then shrank a little to D cup and has kept it so far (been couple of years). Both were consistent with their programme, maybe add in something such as fermented rice. That's what I can remember. |

Fengshui, the pressure points I'm talking about are the ones you described with the arrows on aphrodite forum.
So Hitoma and Gisela ate the same stuff from beginning to end except one added fermented rice correct? If that's the case I'll just go ahead and add the stuff I wanted to add. You see, I wanted to save some items incase I ever hit a stall then those items such as: Soy, fermented rice, tremella etc would be my back-up to continue growing.
Is the seabass that you buy a whole and small fish, or is it a cut piece from a bigger fish?
I found some pics of the different seabasses, can you point out which one they recommended or which one you bought?

By the way, it says here that omega 3 in the body helps create collagen production and that tuna and salmon are good for that among other NBE friendly food you mentioned such as Avocado. It makes sense now why the NBE foods are good for us in the first place
http://www.wisegeek.com/which-foods-contain-the-most-collagen.htm
And here it says that sea bass has little collagen:
Quote" White sea bass is also called Covina, it has little collagen and may seem drier when cooked than fattier fish like salmon."
Source: http://www.amillioncooks.com/Experts/CookingwithJulie/tabid/97/Default.aspx
I think this is good news. This means we can eat other kinds of fish higher in collagen and omega 3's besides sea bass which is higher in mercury:
Here is a list of good fish for NBE:
http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=3013797 (Look at the top of the list for least mercury)
By the way Fengshui, if you want to lose weight, try to replace some of your meals with Green smoothies. You're guaranteed to lose at least 10lb's the 1st-2nd month. You can still eat your NBE food which is 1 meal a day + another solid food meal, then the smoothies twice a day made out of vegetables and fruits. Let me know if you want a recipe. ALso for the smoothie you can put in all NBE friendly food such as Asparagus, kale, bananas, etc, so you'll gain boobs and lose weight at the same time. I know this because I'm part raw foodist as well and study raw foods a lot. Also, raw food has a lot of enzymes which is good for you ;-) |

I would love the recipe for Green Smoothies!
I am also having trouble figuring out the pressure points, as well as the pressure figures in Pansyclub's massage page. I can't tell if it is supposed to be pressure with the thumbs or the knuckles on the four hands. You have said you use Pansyclub's massage routine, right Double Ace? What do you do with those pictures - knuckles or thumb pressure?
By the way, I have added chicken feet broth to my routine with Brava. I have a big scoop of collagen-rich goo in a cup of hot water each morning with a 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper. It tastes great, though the cayenne does burn my lips. I am determine, though, so I keep sipping away! |

Hi, Ace, I don't hold the pressure points when I do my massage, I just do it slowly and firmly. I probably could finish my my massage around 10 min. too, but I used to started with 20 push ups, then do some streches, rubbing my arms or taking little breaks in between cause my arms got tired, that's why I said I did my massages around 20 min, didn't think people would actually count the minutes. XD
Yes, Gisela and Hitomi are mainly stick with same programme, just drinking different boobie soups sometimes, such as green papaya prok rib soup, naga pork rib soup or green papaya chicken soup. Your programme is working great now, don't worry, if you ever need a boost or try breaking a stall, there are different things to add. Or you can always use a break.
The sea bass I bought was the first one of these links.
You can try making green papaya salmon soup see if it tastes good. Hitomi did say any fatty fish would do, there are girls recommend milkfish, too.
Yes, I would like to know the green smoothies recipes, please share. :)

Hey, roakie, you can use thumbs, knuckles or fingertips to do the massages, whatever is easier for you, I myself find knuckles are earier. But if you do the second section of pancyclub massages (hold and press pressure points), fingertips are better.

Green smoothies should be 50% fruit, and 50% vegetables. You also add a liquid base, some say water, but it might ruin the taste for some so just add orange juice or juice of your own choice.
They say 50/50 fruits and vegetables just to cover up the veggie taste, but in actuality, it is much healthier to do 80% veggies and 20% fruits, for example 2 bananas, lots of kale leaves, and lemon for taste, that's just an example. But if you can't bear it, then go ahead and add more fruits. The reason why it's better to avoid too much fruits is simply because of the sugar content.
The thing that's so great about green smoothies vs a regular meal is, green smoothies have 100x the nutrition, and almost no calories compared to a regular meal so you are getting your daily intake of super foods without gaining fat on your body. In fact, you will lose weight the more smoothies you take throughout the day.
Here are 70 green smoothie recipes that I borrow ideas from:
http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showpost.php?p=438347
More green smoothie recipes:
http://kitchen-parade-veggieventure.blogspot.com/2007/09/green-smoothies.html
and the famous Dr. Ann Wigmore's energy soup recipe (Just make a smoothie out of it using the same recipe's)
http://eatsprouts.com/blend/energy.html
Another thing you can do is just use your own ingredients, the recipe's are so simple, just take whatever you like and mix it.
It's best drunk right after you mix it to avoid oxidation. The reason why you add fruit is simply to add flavor, you don't need it, but the vegetables are a must.
A tip for NBE and health smoothie:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 5-6 diced raw unripe green papaya (1 inch thick and wide)
- Kale and or spinach
- 1-2oz Seeds: Sesame, flax, or pumpkin seeds
- Seaweed: Dulse
- Lemon (optional: for taste, brightening the color of the smoothie and for body cleansing)
- Celery (healthy for body)
All of the above are very good for NBE and very healthy for your body!
Enjoy the simple, yet healthy and booby friendly green smoothies! |
