Hi all. I have been experiencing growing pains for the past 3 days. Very happy to be getting results but am in a lot of discomfort. What are some ways you ladies deal with it? Thanks and happy growing.

take a nice hot shower, and stand so the water is on your breasts, that usually helps me :) if you have any ideas to stop with annoying itching, id love to know how everyone else handles it :)

I find that massage helps. Sometimes my breasts hurt soooo much that I can't stand the massage, but I do it anyway and it does help w the pain. Also, drink LOTS of water...
