Does anyone have any massage techniques for encouraging growth in the top or the inside of the breast?

You could try an agressive deep pressure massage using your knuckless. I do it (but I actually use a blunt object to deliver the pressure) and it seems to be very important for me NBE.

Ah,yes....was having that same problem.I massage the tops a little more and a little harder like Moon said.I also started doing wall pushes like Fengshui a couple of weeks ago.I do a couple of sets,once in a.m and once in p.m.About 15-20.I miss these sometimes,just depending how much I have ran around at work and after,but it is helping.I am
actually starting to get cleavage.Of course,they say the tops are the very last to develop in NBE.I found this in the Info for Newcomwers section on main page in the forum in a post.People were telling me to be patient,so i started searching older posts and found Fengshui' post about doing this.I am going to start including weight lifts for the chest,about 8-10 lb. weights....nothing major.Don't want to flatten them w/ 2 much muscle.Try these small things and I'll bet you'll speed this part up and start seeing a difference.The wall pushes,weight lifting,and heavier massaging will boost the circulation to all the areas,especially tops and center.Good luck!
