Some of my symptoms went away immediately, but others remained for a while. I think I began to feel near total relief after about the first 9 months. But you know it was not for me a 'fix' that did not need maintenance. I struggle with ED symptoms even today. When they become strong enough I use the PC.

I suppose that someone could have a single thing that is making their hormones imbalanced and using PC once for a few months might make it 'good'. But I would bet that most women are in a state of near constant flux where balance is a tenuous thing that once achieved is hard to sustain.

I don't say this to be in any way discouraging, but rather to say - do what it takes to become hormonally balanced and then prepare to do it again when that balance changes.
