i notice my breasts are pink or red if ive used herbal in my massage oil/lotion, especially if its a "sandy" herb. if your using a sandy herb, its because its like a mini sander on your breasts, so they will be red. i did it for a few weeks, and my breasts got thick like i had a rash, so i just started soaking the herbal powder in olive oil and i havent had a problem since :)

I started using olive oil after reading your program. I put fenugreek extract and wild yam extract in the olive oil and stir it up before I use it. I have fair skin, so it may just be that. I think I read somewhere that if you turn red that means you are getting the blood circulating and that is a good thing. I hope that is right. I have not really experienced any itching only tingling and soreness.
