Has anyone experienced any effects while having the flu during NBE? I have a pretty severe case of the flu and was wondering if it will have any negative consequences for my program such as no or little absorption of herbs? Does anyone have any thoughts on this? What about taking anti-biotics? I am going to the doctor tomorrow and I am pretty sure my flu has led to bronchitis and he will give me anti-biotics. Doctors have little or no knowledge of herbs, so I am going to ask the experts - YOU GUYS!

I'm not sure that flu will have any effects on your progress, but I'm not so sure about the antibiotics. They kill a lot of friendly bacteria as well as unfriendly, so they might hamper your digestion.
