I know that a lot of us wonder if we are being safe with using all these phytoestrogens. I've been taking herbs since September of last year and have always been a little nervous about my breast health. I just had a mammogram and everything was fine. So don't worry about your breasts and think positive!!

I am sure that is a relief to everyone here.I always knew that NBE was way safer than getting implants in my heart.Don't get me wrong,if that's what a woman wants,then great.But I do feel that with the modernization of these ancient herbs,breast implants should only be a last resort.As we all know,patience does wear a little thin and some people just want them there overnight,or they just absolutely have the mind-set that their boobs will not get bigger unless they have implants put in.But I won't sit here and lie that----God forbid-----if I were to get breast cancer and have to have a mastectomy or double mastectomy,I would get breast reconstruction done.Yes,you get the surgery to save your life and that is the reason,but we are still women and we like to feel beautiful.Thankfully,my husband would love me and think I am beautiful no matter what,but I honestly have to say I would do this for myself.I would get them done very small,then pursue with NBE.
Glad to hear everything was great with your mammogram.It makes sense to me,as I can look and feel that my breasts are healthier.And with the massages we all practice,those lymphs are being drained just as they should and new cells are forming.Again glad to hear you are healthy and best boobie wishes to you!
