Do you have any skin changes, do they look red or sth? I've never heard of it but if not then I guess it could be a growing sign.

Yea,take it as a growth sign.Just keep your eye on it to see if you get a rash.We are all different.I know you are Mexican decent, but if you have upped your intake of cumin, that may be it.When I take my cayenne caps,I feel the warmth go from my stomach up to my neck for about 10 minutes.I looked at your program page to see if you added anything else, but I did not see anything that may help me pin-point it-----still a newbie but learning. As far as your acne, that is a good sign for me.I get it about 2 weeks every cycle and then get a growth spurt. It used to freak me out because I NEVER would get acne there, especially at the tops, but now I'm like c'mon boobie bumps.Mine don't look like zits about to explode but small bumps. You keep growin' girl------congrats to you on your growth so far!

Hi Buta,

Are you using oils in your massage lotion. If you use essential oils and don't dilute them enough they can burn your skin. Some people are more sensitive to this than others.

You could also have an allergy to something you are massaging with. I could not remember is massage was part of your routine or not, but if it is, something could be irritating your skin.

Best wishes,

hey guys, thanks for the response, and thanks!! ive worked really hard for the growth ive had so far :)

the only oil i use in my massage is olive oil which i have steeped in herbs, so im not sure.

also, i asked before but didnt get a too indepth answer..im running out of fenugreek (only a few days supply left), and i have an ample supply of BO waiting to be used..when my fg is done can i just switch over to my bo? i wouldnt be taking any other herbs with it, but i would still keep massaging.
